Failure to abide by these guidelines might result in a loss of marks or an immediate disqualification.

Guidelines for Social Contribution Project Submissions
- The proposal must be double-spaced, Times New Roman and 12-point size.
- The length of the proposal should be between 750 - 1500 words.
- The social project must be original, and the cost plan must not exceed the $1000 limit.
- A Project Proposal (a.k.a. project charter) is used to convince the evaluation committee of the rationale, benefits, and feasibility of funding the project.
- All proposals should include, but are not limited to, the following: Title Page, Table of Contents, Abstract (Summary), Introduction (a checklist of goals), Materials & Methods (include a time plan and community engagement plan), Budget Considerations and Continuation Funding (cost plan), Discussion (include risk plan, expected results and what to improve), Conclusion, References.
- All sources used must be cited in-text and included on a reference page. References should be in APA format.
- Projects must have a start and end date. The duration must not exceed 3 months.
- Implementation of the project is not a requirement for participating in this category. Submissions in this category will be evaluated on the following qualities of the project proposal: presentation quality, content quality, organization/communication quality, and merit of the project.
- All works must be submitted by March 16th, 2025 to the Creative Minds submission page.
